Zuza Golińska and the Czech visual artist Markéta Slaná create a special performative narrative that takes place inside the historical interiors
of the villa called Villa(in). The performance available to a limited group of visitors is transformed into video and text, which will then be
accessible to the public. Told through the character of a real estate agent, the story of the villa's imaginary tenants and their intimate
relationship with the space is a metaphor for the contemporary dynamic between class and privilege. Zuza and Markéta seamlessly transition
between genres and create an alternative image of Villa Tugendhat.
